Look at the positive! No one has a great day every time they come to the gym. CrossFit will humble you and show your weaknesses on a regular basis. The key to being a happy Athlete is to take note of the positive things a bad day has to offer. What did you learn? What do you need to improve on? A bad day in the gym can be a huge stepping stone to your fitness goals and actually help you reach your goals faster. So a bad day is actually a good day if you take the time to step back and learn from it.

A. 5x Shoulder to Overhead: work up to heaviest load possible (from the ground)

B. 6 Rounds:

6 Burpee Box Jumps (24, 20)

6 Deadlifts   (185, 125 L)  (225, 155 RX)
